Chrys Salt – Director

Chrys is an award winning writer and theatre director. She began her career as a performer in Rep, touring, West End, TV and radio with regular stints in various soaps and series. She now directs in theatre and sound and writes books, theatre and radio plays, features and documentaries including seven popular books for actors. She is Artistic Director of Bare Boards…and a passion Theatre Company and The Bakehouse, a flourishing arts venue in S.W Scotland. Chrys teaches regularly at The Actors Centre, London.

Diane Barnett

Diane was born and raised in North London. After backpacking around the world on her own, decided to fulfill her ambition to become an actress. After training, she appeared in productions such as West at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh Festival and The Grope Box by Rikki Beadle Blair. She currently has the female lead in an upcoming short in the film noir genre. Diane is a dedicated actress who is thoroughly committed to her work.

Sue Broberg

After finishing Neighbours in 2006, as Sister Mary Ignatious, Sue returned to London from Australia to work with new writers (First Draft Theatre Company at The Kings Head Theatre), a TVC for the BBC and short films. Sue’s theatrical credits include Sisters and Hamlet. Her T.V screen credits include Blue Heelers, Stingers and she has featured in numerous commercials AXA (SAATCHI), McDonalds (DDB).
She is currently represented by Alpha Personal Management.

Emma Burford

Emma graduated from Rose Bruford College four years ago, having spent the last three years teaching in a london secondary school. Emma’s theatre credits includes Young Sally in Follies, Cecile in Les Liaisons Dangerouses, Nora in Plough and the Stars, Witch 3 in Macbeth and recently played a twelve year old girl in The title of the drama about Ante is written here. Emma has also has a variety of film credits including a young ghostly receptionist in The Lift and a young camerawoman in Tourn. Emma is currently rehearsing The Girl who ate the Sacrificial Viscera and other tales that are Hard to Digest, that is being performed at the Cock Tavern in Kilburn Park in early December. Emma is currently seeking representation.

Maura Duffy

Maura Duffy is new to London, moving here from Ireland earlier this year. She trained in Dublin where she worked in both film and theatre. Theatre includes Government Inspector, Oleanna, Laundry & bourbon and London’s Watershed Theatre Company’s production of The Borrowers. Film credits include Ellis Island, Hill 16, Crunch and Christian Blake.

Maura is currently seeking representation.

Tracy Forsythe

Trained originally in her native Dublin, Tracy then spent a year studying Acting for Camera with Seán Cotter at ALRA and continues to study at the Actors Centre. Theatre credits include: Nuala in Spreading her thinly, Nancy in Play it again, Sam, (Brighton Festival); Maire in The Golden Years (Theatre Royal, Waterford) and Tara Byrne in Note to Self (Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds/Tour). Film roles include: Miss Wigmore in The Homophobia Project and Trudi in Jenny and Friends. She also writes and is Artistic Director of Whose Shoes Productions.

Katharine Gwen

Katharine graduated from LAMDA in July of this year. Her work whilst training includes Breaking The Silence, Loveplay, Angels in America, Three Sisters, Fathers & Sons, Alls Well That Ends Well and The Provok’d Wife. Alison Halstead

Having relocated from Chicago to London in May, Alison Halstead is thrilled to be a part of ’…Bedroom…’ as she is seeking representation. During her professional career in Chicago, she worked with many of the city’s leading theatres, including Steppenwolf, Chicago Shakespeare, Goodman, Court, Chicago Children’s, Red Moon, and Black Ensemble. Carlos Korotana

Carlos was born in Birmingham, West Midlands. He trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts before doing a 2 year Post Graduate Actors Course at the School of the Science of Acting and further training with TVI studios in Los Angeles. He speaks fluent Punjabi and conversational Italian and is an Equity Member with visible credits on IMDb. He has done several short films and TV work and is particularly interested in extending his talents into more film, television & radio, as well as theatre.

Claudia Morcroft

Happily leaving a city headhunting career, Claudia trained at Central School of Speech and Drama. Her theatre credits have included the title role in Lysistrata, Olivia, in the open-air, in Twelfth Night (Creation Theatre Co.), Lucy in End of the Line in the incredible environs of the Shunt Vaults, an award-winning performance as Alaura Kingsley in City of Angels, a tour of Chasers with Proteus Theatre and a handful of appearances at The Edinburgh Fringe, most recently as a director. A graduate of The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, his stage credits include The Glass Menagerie (Green Room Nomination), Boy Gets Girl, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Metamorphoses (all Melbourne Theatre Co), Spelling Bee (Sydney Theatre Co – Green Room Nomination), The Last 5 Years, This is Our Youth (Echelon Productions) and Fiddler on the Roof with Topol (TML Productions).
