Chrys Salt – Director

Chrys is an award winning writer and theatre director. She began her career as a performer in Rep, touring, West End, TV and radio with regular stints in various soaps and series. She now directs in theatre and sound and writes books, theatre and radio plays, features and documentaries including seven popular books for actors. She is Artistic Director of Bare Boards…and a passion Theatre Company and The Bakehouse, a flourishing arts venue in S.W Scotland. Chrys teaches regularly at The Actors Centre, London.

Susannah Bourne

Susannah graduated from The London Centre for Theatre Studies in November 2007. Roles whilst training included: Sonya – Uncle Vayna, Masha – The Seagull, Alice Maitland – The Voysey Inheritance, Hermia – A Midsummer Nights’ Dream. Whilst there, Susannah also played Erna Wahl in Undiscovered Country (Newplayers Theatre): ‘Susannah Bourne smashes her one-liners right down the middle’ (Metro); Susannah Bourne plays a ‘feisty…and fearless’ Erna (Time Out). Other work includes: Miranda - The Tempest (Hen and Chickens); Hermione - The Winter’s Tale (The Landor).

She has also worked in Film, TV, Voiceover and Role-Play. Before acting, Deborah worked in documentary production. She is fluent in French and Italian and also speaks Spanish.

Aurelile Harp

Aurélie was born in Lyon, France. After studying History and Communication (Sciences-Po Paris) she worked in Corporate Advertising, and trained in Paris and New York with several American acting coaches, including Jack Waltzer before starting her acting career in Paris. She recently moved to London and continues on-going training at the Actors’ Centre and with Jack Waltzer. She is currently writing a play and producing her next play Eclipsed (P. Burke-Brogan) in Paris.
Theatre includes Carmen (Théâtre du Chatelet, Paris), Queen Marie-Antoinette (lead) in Madame Antoine (Astoria, Brussels), Jane (lead) in The Heaviest Floating Things (The Red Room, NYC) and Hortense in Hortense says: I don’t give a damn! (L’Article, Paris). Films include a French gallerist in L’Art de Vivre (Paris) and Mina in How to Save a Future Memories (NYC).

Susie was born and lives in East London. She attended Mountview where she won a Scholarship and graduated in 2006. Theatre credits include Annie in Alfie (Warehouse Croydon), Brooke in Popcorn (Barons Court Theatre), Amanda in Babies (Lewisham Theatre). She has also played victims of crime, policewomen, criminals and store assistants in various corporate films.
Susie is currently under studying the Woman in The Woman in Black in the West End.

Lucinda recently (April 08) won ‘Best Supporting Actress’ (168 Film Festival) in the short film ‘Home’ (Footprint Films) directed by Debs Gardner Paterson. Lucinda trained at Alra (Academy of Live and Recorded Arts). Credits include, ‘Shall We Shog?’ (GLOBE THEATRE), ‘Decor Without Production’, (ROYAL COURT THEATRE). She has also enjoyed playing Medea in ‘Medea’, Queen Caroline in ‘The Art of Success’ and Gila in ‘Not Quite Jerusalem’ and a range of short films and commercials (see showreel via spotlight)

Dan Maclane

Dan is a native Londoner and has recently worked with Partizan Productions, Talkback Thames and on a short for the BBC. He has worked on a pilot for a TV comedy and collaborates regularly with independent filmmakers. Recently he played the role of ‘Mark’, an East End drug dealer in the feature ‘Last Move’. Dan has trained at studios around the world in The Meisner Technique and Method Acting.

Louisa trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama after graduating from Edinburgh University. Having been brought up with horses, garden parties, tennis-court gossip and social faux-pas, Louisa feels at home in the Cosmopolitan environment.
Credits include voice over work for the “Classic Gold’ advertising campaign for Classic FM, a fiesty Radio Presenter in a TEFL Film for Cambridge University Press by Richard Lewis, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar in The Very Hungry Caterpillar for Marvellous Productions.

Nichola has extensive television experience, her most exiting role was her first ever TV role playing “ Sherry” in Linda La Plante “Trial and retribution”.
Her other credits include “Emma Casey” in Dream Team and “Elouise” in Mile High both sky one programmes. She has recently been in channel 4s “Hollyoaks” playing the role of “Nurse Roberts” and “Danielle” in MTVs Tearjerkers’.
Nichola has also appeared in The Basil Brush Show on BBB1 and has been in a number of TV commercials including Wrigley’s, Diamond car insurance and The Guardian newspaper.

Liam Thomas

Liam Thomas is a former Royal Navy Submariner. He went on to a successful career as a Police officer, working within a challenging niche area of policing as an undercover detective deployed throughout the UK and elsewhere.
He began to pursue an acting career whilst an undergraduate reading Film History. He worked professionally in the industry for 12 months before accepting a scholarship award to train with the Actors Company in London.
